摘要
多发伤是同一致伤因素导致两处及以上重要脏器或组织严重损伤的创伤类型，病情复杂、发展快、病死率高、并发症多，急诊抢救期是患者救治的关键时期，护理干预的及时性、规范性和系统性对患者的救治成功率、康复进程和远期预后有直接的影响。本文结合近年临床护理相关研究成果，对多发伤急诊抢救期护理的临床现状、核心护理措施的最新研究进展进行系统综述，分析目前护理工作中的不足，结合护理学科的发展趋势提出未来的发展方向，整合理论研究与临床实践经验，为临床急诊护理人员开展多发伤抢救护理工作提供科学的理论依据和切实可行的实践指导，促进多发伤急诊抢救护理质量的不断提高。

Abstract
Multiple trauma is a type of trauma in which two or more vital organs or tissues are severely damaged by the same traumatic factor. It is characterized by complex conditions, rapid progression, high mortality, and numerous complications. The emergency resuscitation period is a critical time for patient treatment. The timeliness, standardization, and systematic nature of nursing interventions directly affect the success rate of treatment, the recovery process, and long-term prognosis. This article systematically reviews the current clinical status and latest research progress of emergency resuscitation nursing care for multiple trauma, based on recent clinical nursing research findings. It analyzes the shortcomings in current nursing practice, proposes future development directions based on the development trends of nursing discipline, and integrates theoretical research with clinical practice experience. This provides a scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinical emergency nurses to carry out emergency resuscitation nursing care for multiple trauma, promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of emergency resuscitation nursing care for multiple trauma.
