护理缺陷可视化看板管理在重症护理风险预警中的应用

摘要

目的 探究护理缺陷可视化看板管理在重症护理风险预警中的应用效果。方法 前瞻性选择84例于本院进行治疗的重症患者作为研究对象（2025年4月至2026年4月）。随机数字法将所有患者进行分组，即A组（42例，常规护理模式）与B组（42例，护理缺陷可视化看板管理），以此比较两组缺陷整改完成评分、风险事件发生率、护理差错重复发生率、护理满意度评分。结果 比之A组，B组的缺陷整改完成评分更高（P＜0.05）；B组的风险事件发生率显著低于A组（P＜0.05）；B组护理差错重复发生率低于A组（P＜0.05）；B组患者给予的满意度评分显著优于A组（P＜0.05）。结论 护理缺陷可视化看板管理提前对风险进行预警，在重症患者中起到高效作用，提高缺陷整改效率、降低风险事件发生率、降低差错重复发生率，提高患者对护理的满意度评分，确保护理的有效性，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of visual kanban management of nursing defects in critical care risk warning.
Methods 84 critically ill patients who received treatment in our hospital were prospectively selected as the study subjects (April 2025 to April 2026). The random number method was used to group all patients, namely Group A (42 cases, under conventional nursing mode) and Group B (42 cases, under visual management of nursing defects), in order to compare the completion score of defect rectification, risk event incidence rate, nursing error recurrence rate, and nursing satisfaction score between the two groups.
Results Compared to Group A, Group B had a higher completion score for defect rectification (P<0.05); The incidence of risk events in Group B was significantly lower than that in Group A (P<0.05); The recurrence rate of nursing errors in Group B was lower than that in Group A (P<0.05); The satisfaction score given by Group B patients was significantly better than that of Group A (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Visual kanban management of nursing defects provides early warning of risks and plays an efficient role in critically ill patients, improving defect rectification efficiency, reducing the incidence of risk events, lowering the recurrence rate of errors, increasing patient satisfaction ratings with nursing, and ensuring the effectiveness of nursing. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
