Application effect of multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with allergic rhinitis
多维度综合护理干预在变应性鼻炎患者中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨多维度综合护理干预在变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月我院耳鼻喉科100例变应性鼻炎患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组常规护理，观察组多维度综合护理，干预3周后比较两组的鼻部症状、生活质量、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果 干预前，两组患者症状与生活质量评分无显著差异。干预后，观察组鼻部症状评分显著低于对照组，生活质量各维度评分、治疗依从率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论 多维度综合护理干预可有效缓解变应性鼻炎患者的鼻部症状，提高患者的生活质量、治疗依从性及护理满意度，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR).
Methods From January 2025 to December 2025, 100 patients with allergic rhinitis in the otolaryngology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received multi-dimensional comprehensive care. After 3 weeks of intervention, the nasal symptoms, quality of life, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in symptom and quality of life scores between the two groups. After the intervention, the nasal symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the scores of each dimension of quality of life, treatment compliance rate, and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   Multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the nasal symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis, improve their quality of life, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
