The impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly myasthenia gravis patients
综合护理干预对老年肌无力患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 观察与评价在老年肌无力患者临床应用综合护理干预的实际价值与作用。方法 选择2025年1月至2025年12月为研究区间，以区间内我院收治的68名老年肌无力为对象，依照随机数字表为分配原则，将其划分为两个独立的小组，各34名。对照组执行常规护理，观察组则开展综合护理干预。比较两组患者的症状改善情况、心理状况以及生活质量。结果 在症状改善情况方面，护理后两组患者相较于护理前，QMG（重症肌无力定量）评分均有明显的下降，同时在最终的组间评分对比中发现观察组分值显著更低（P＜0.05）；心理状况（涵盖焦虑、抑郁两项评分）方面，护理后观察组患者的心理状况显著更佳（P＜0.05）；同时，在生活质量的评估中，相比于对照组而言，观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分大大升高，组间存在数值上的显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年肌无力患者的临床护理干预中，通过综合护理干预的有效实施，患者症状得以缓解，同时心理状况及生活质量都有了明显改善，其实践意义显著。

Abstract

Objective To observe and evaluate the practical value and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of elderly myasthenia gravis patients.
Methods From January 2025 to December 2025, a study period was selected, and 68 elderly myasthenia gravis patients admitted to our hospital during this period were selected as the subjects. According to the principle of random number table allocation, they were divided into two independent groups, each with 34 patients. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The improvement of symptoms, psychological status, and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results In terms of symptom improvement, after nursing, the QMG (Quantitative Myasthenia Gravis) scores of both groups of patients decreased significantly compared to before nursing, and in the final comparison of group scores, it was found that the scores of the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05); in terms of psychological status (including anxiety and depression scores), after nursing, the psychological status of the patients in the observation group was significantly better (P<0.05); at the same time, in the assessment of quality of life, compared with the control group, the quality of life score of the observation group after nursing increased significantly, and there was a significant numerical difference between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical nursing intervention of elderly myasthenia gravis patients, through the effective implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, the symptoms of patients were relieved, and their psychological status and quality of life were significantly improved. Its practical significance is significant.
