人性化护理管理在护理管理中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 探究人性化护理管理在护理管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年6月至2025年6月本院护理人员共120例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为常规组、实验组（各60例），分别采用传统护理管理模式、人性化护理管理模式。比较两组护理人员工作能力评分、护理管理满意度。结果 实验组护理人员的专业技能、沟通协调等工作能力评分均高于常规组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。实验组护理管理满意度高于常规组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在护理管理中实施人性化护理管理能有效提升护理人员综合工作能力，提高对管理工作的满意度，进一步稳定护理质量，建议应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing management in nursing management.
Methods A total of 120 nursing staff in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group (each 60 cases) according to the random number table method. The traditional nursing management model and the humanized nursing management model were adopted respectively. The work ability scores of the two groups of nursing staff and the satisfaction with nursing management were compared.
Results The work ability scores of professional skills, communication and coordination of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction with nursing management of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing humanized nursing management in nursing management can effectively improve the comprehensive work ability of nursing staff, increase their satisfaction with management work, and further stabilize the quality of nursing. It is recommended for application.
