Study on optimization of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) endoscopy nursing measures from the perspective of complication prevention
并发症预防视角下ESD肠镜护理措施优化研究

摘要

目的 探讨并发症预防视角下内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）肠镜护理措施的优化策略，降低术后出血、穿孔、感染等并发症发生率，改善患者护理体验与预后。方法 选取2025年2月-2025年12月本院新开展ESD肠镜检查的50例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，各25例。对照组实施常规ESD肠镜护理，实验组实施基于并发症预防的优化护理措施，包括术前个体化评估与健康宣教、术中精准配合与风险防控、术后分层护理与并发症预警干预。结果 实验组术后并发症发生率（4.00%）显著低于对照组（24.00%），护理满意度（96.00%）显著高于对照组（76.00%），术后住院时间显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 基于并发症预防的ESD肠镜护理措施优化，可有效降低术后并发症风险，提升护理质量与患者满意度，适配本院ESD技术开展初期的临床需求，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore optimization strategies for endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)endoscopy nursing measures from the perspective of complication prevention, aiming to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as bleeding, perforation, and infection, and improve patient nursing experience and prognosis.
Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent newly performed ESD endoscopy in our hospital from February 2025 to December 2025 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional ESD endoscopy nursing, while the experimental group implemented optimized nursing measures based on complication prevention, including preoperative individualized assessment and health education, intraoperative precise coordination and risk control, and postoperative stratified nursing with complication early warning interventions.
Results The postoperative complication rate in the experimental group (4.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (24.00%), nursing satisfaction (96.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.00%), and postoperative hospitalization duration was significantly shorter in the experimental group compared to the control group, with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Optimization of ESD endoscopy nursing measures based on complication prevention can effectively reduce postoperative complication risks, improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, meet the clinical needs during the initial implementation of ESD technology in our hospital, and demonstrates high clinical application value.
