Application and nursing effect observation of early enteral nutrition support in critically ill neurosurgical patients
早期肠内营养支持在神经外科重症患者中的应用及护理效果观察

摘要

目的 分析神经外科重症患者中采取早期肠内营养支持的护理效果。方法 此次研究对象为本院在2024年1月-2025年1月期间收治的68例神经外科重症患者，按照随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，每组34例。其中常规组采取常规营养支持及基础护理，实验组采取早期肠内营养支持联合针对性护理。对两组患者护理后的营养指标及并发症发生率予以比较。结果 相比较常规组，实验组血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均显高（P＜0.05）；并发症发生率显低（P＜0.05）。结论 在神经外科重症患者中采取早期肠内营养支持及针对性护理，能够有效改善患者营养状况，减少并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of early enteral nutrition support in critically ill neurosurgical patients.
Methods The subjects of this study were 68 critically ill neurosurgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The conventional group received routine nutritional support and basic care, while the experimental group received early enteral nutrition support combined with targeted care. Compare the nutritional indicators and incidence of complications between two groups of patients after nursing care.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly higher levels of serum albumin and hemoglobin (P<0.05); The incidence of complications was significantly low (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early enteral nutrition support and targeted nursing in critically ill neurosurgical patients can effectively improve their nutritional status, reduce the incidence of complications, and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
