Application of evidence-based operating room nursing guided by mind mapping in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection during the postoperative period
思维导图引导下循证手术室护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜病损切除术围术期患者的应用

摘要

目的 在宫腔镜子宫内膜病损切除术围术期实施思维导图引导下循证手术室护理干预的临床效果分析。方法 纳入对象为60例接受宫腔镜子宫内膜病损切除术治疗者，均于2025年1月-2025年12月被我院收治，凭借随机数字表法均分两组，进行前瞻性分析。对照组接受常规手术室护理，观察组接受思维导图引导下循证手术室护理。对比两组围术期不同时间点应激反应指标以及围术期指标。结果 麻醉前、术毕，观察组各应激反应指标的值以及各围术期指标的值显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在宫腔镜子宫内膜病损切除术围术期实施思维导图引导下循证手术室护理干预可有效改善围术期应激反应以及围术期指标。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implementing evidence-based operating room nursing guided by mind mapping during the perioperative period of hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection.
Methods The included subjects were 60 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection. All of them were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. Using the random number table method, they were evenly divided into two groups and a prospective analysis was conducted. The control group received routine operating room nursing, and the observation group received evidence-based operating room nursing guided by mind mapping. The stress response indicators at different time points during the perioperative period and the perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results Before anesthesia and at the end of the operation, the values of each stress response indicator and each perioperative indicator in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing evidence-based operating room nursing guided by mind mapping during the perioperative period of hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection can effectively improve perioperative stress response and perioperative indicators.
