Study on the application of pressing needle combined with meridian flow injection in colonoscopy
揿针联合子午流注法在结肠镜中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究在结肠镜检查中采取揿针联合子午流注法对于缓解不良反应的价值；方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月在丹阳市中医院行结肠镜检查的180例住院患者，根据干预模式不同分为三组，各60例。常规护理组实施常规护理模式，揿针组在常规护理基础上联合揿针干预，子午流注揿针组在揿针组基础上联合子午流注法，比较三组腹胀及恶心呕吐不良反应的发生情况；结果 常规护理组的腹胀及恶心呕吐总发生率高于揿针组及子午流注揿针组（P<0.05）；子午流注揿针组的不良反应总发生率低于揿针组（P<0.05）；结论 在结肠镜检查患者中采取揿针联合子午流注法的干预模式，能够有效降低腹胀及恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生率及严重程度，应用价值良好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of pressing needle combined with meridian flow injection in colonoscopy to alleviate adverse reactions;
Methods 180 inpatients who underwent colonoscopy in Danyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and divided into three groups according to different intervention modes, with 60 patients in each group. The routine nursing group implemented the routine nursing mode, the acupuncture group combined with acupuncture intervention on the basis of routine nursing, and the acupuncture group combined with meridian flow injection on the basis of acupuncture group. The adverse reactions of abdominal distension and nausea and vomiting were compared among the three groups.
Results The total incidence of abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting in the routine nursing group was higher than that in the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group with meridian flow injection (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the acupuncture group with meridian flow injection was lower than that in the acupuncture group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The intervention mode of pressing needle combined with meridian injection in patients undergoing colonoscopy can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of adverse reactions such as abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, and has good application value.
