摘要
目的 探讨围术期整体护理对50-60岁冠心病PCI治疗患者的影响。方法 选取2024年3月-2025年3月我院170例该年龄段患者，随机分为观察组（85例，实施围术期整体护理）与对照组（85例，给予常规护理）。对比两组术后并发症发生率、住院时长及护理满意度，运用统计学方法分析数据。结果 观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，住院时间更短，护理满意度更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 围术期整体护理有利于冠心病PCI治疗患者的康复，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative holistic nursing on patients aged 50-60 years with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 170 patients in this age group admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were randomly divided into an observation group (85 cases, receiving perioperative holistic nursing) and a control group (85 cases, receiving routine nursing). The incidence of postoperative complications, length of hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups, and statistical methods were used for data analysis. Results The observation group had a significantly lower incidence of complications, shorter hospital stay, and higher nursing satisfaction than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative holistic nursing is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
