摘要
探讨一例高龄老年人工股骨头置换术伴急性化脓性胆囊炎围手术期的护理体会及康复指导。人工股骨头置换术是治疗股骨颈骨折的可靠手段，可有效减轻患者痛苦，帮助患者恢复正常生活。治疗过程主要分为手术与术后康复护理。护理人员应全面掌握手术和康复护理方法，给予患者针对性的心理疏导和有效的康复训练，促进患者机体快速康复，减少并发症的发生。

Abstract
This paper discusses the perioperative nursing experience and rehabilitation guidance for a case of elderly patient undergoing artificial femoral head replacement surgery accompanied by acute suppurative cholecystitis. Artificial femoral head replacement surgery is a reliable method for treating femoral neck fractures, which can effectively alleviate the patient's pain and help them return to normal life. The treatment process is mainly divided into surgery and postoperative rehabilitation nursing. Nursing staff should comprehensively master the surgical and rehabilitation nursing methods, provide targeted psychological counseling and effective rehabilitation training for the patient, promote the rapid recovery of the patient's body and reduce the occurrence of complications.
