Application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients
快速康复护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析快速康复护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期的应用价值。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间择期行腹腔镜手术的60例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规围术期护理，观察组在此基础上实施基于加速康复外科理念的护理干预。结果 观察组术后24h、48h的QoR-40总评分明显高于对照组，术后4h、8h、12h的静息VAS疼痛评分更低，肠鸣音恢复、首次排气、首次下床活动及术后住院时间更短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复护理能够提升妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后早期康复质量，缓解术后疼痛，加速胃肠功能与机体活动能力恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nursing in the perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent elective laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received conventional perioperative care, while the observation group received ERAS-based nursing intervention on this basis.
Results The total QoR-40 score of the observation group at 24h and 48 h after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group, the resting VAS pain score at 4h, 8h, and 12h after surgery was lower, and the recovery of bowel sounds, first exhaust, first out-of-bed activity, and postoperative hospital stay were shorter, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   ERAS nursing can improve the early postoperative recovery quality of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients, relieve postoperative pain, and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and physical activity.
