Analysis of the nursing application of head acupuncture and moxibustion combined with five-note therapy in hypertensive headache patients in the department of cardiology
头疗灸联合五音疗法在心内科高血压头痛患者中的护理应用分析

摘要

目的 明确心内科高血压头痛患者采用头疗灸与五音疗法联合的护理应用效果。方法 研究对象：筛选在我院心内科进行高血压头痛治疗的68例患者；研究时间段：2025年1月至2025年12月期间，将所有患者依据抽签法分为随机2组，均含患者34例，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组同时接受头疗灸联合五音疗法，评估患者的血压水平、头痛程度与生活质量，对比分析数据结果。结果 观察组的血压水平均较对照组小，头痛评分观察组患者低于对照组，生活质量评分观察组大于对照组，差异有统计价值（P＜0.05）。结论 头疗灸联合五音疗法用于心内科高血压头痛患者中，能够有效改善患者的生活质量，缓解其头痛程度，降低血压水平，临床护理价值显著，可在临床中推广。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the application effect of head acupuncture and moxibustion combined with five-note therapy in the nursing of hypertensive headache patients in the department of cardiology.
Methods The research subjects were 68 patients with hypertensive headache treated in our hospital's cardiology department. The research period was from January 2025 to December 2025. All patients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots, each containing 34 patients. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received head acupuncture and moxibustion combined with five-note therapy. The blood pressure levels, headache severity, and quality of life of the patients were evaluated, and the data results were compared and analyzed.
Results The blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the headache scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of head acupuncture and moxibustion combined with five-note therapy in hypertensive headache patients in the department of cardiology can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, relieve the severity of headache, and lower blood pressure levels. The clinical nursing value is significant and can be promoted in clinical practice.
