Analysis of the application effect of high-quality nursing in hemodialysis for renal failure patients with hepatitis B virus carriage
优质护理在肾功能衰竭乙肝病毒携带者血液透析中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析优质护理在肾功能衰竭乙肝病毒携带者血液透析中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2025年12月本院60例接受血液透析治疗的肾功能衰竭乙肝病毒携带患者，以随机抽签法分组，各30例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组采取优质护理。对比护理效果。结果 研究组透析充分性指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理用于肾功能衰竭乙肝病毒携带患者血液透析护理中，可提升透析质量，降低交叉感染风险，提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in hemodialysis for patients with renal failure and hepatitis B virus carriage.
Methods Sixty patients with renal failure and hepatitis B virus carriage who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by lottery, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received high-quality nursing. The nursing effects were compared.
Results The dialysis adequacy indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing in the hemodialysis care of patients with renal failure and hepatitis B virus carriage can improve dialysis quality, reduce the risk of cross-infection, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
