摘要
目的 讨论及研究糖尿病肾病行维持性血液透析采取专科护理对血管通路并发症、血糖控制的影响。方法 选择我院在2024年1月-2025年12月份收治的43例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组（n=21）和实验组（n=22），对照组常规护理，实验组专科护理，对比两组患者并发症发生率，评估患者血糖水平。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理方案后，实验组患者并发症发生率更低，P<0.05，对比患者的血糖水平，实验组更为稳定，p<0.05。结论 对糖尿病肾病患者行维持性血液透析期间提供专科护理，可以降低并发症的产生，稳定患者的血糖水平，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the impact of specialized nursing on vascular access complications and glycemic control in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 43 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=21) and the experimental group (n=22). The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received specialized care. The incidence of complications in the two groups of patients was compared, and the blood glucose levels of the patients were evaluated. Results After providing different nursing plans for the two groups of patients, the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower, P<0.05. By comparing the blood sugar levels of the patients, it was found that the experimental group had more stable levels, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing specialized nursing to patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis can reduce the occurrence of complications and stabilize the blood glucose levels of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
