摘要
目的 观察扁平疣激光治疗及相关护理干预对其预后的影响。方法 随机选取2025年1月至2025年12月期间我院接收的扁平疣患者60例作为研究对象，分组采取随机数字表法，共分为研究组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予单独药物方案治疗以及常规护理，观察组在对照组治疗及护理基础上配合CO2激光和优质护理干预，对比分析两组最终取得的治疗及护理效果。结果 护理治疗后，研究组患者的护理治疗依从性改善效果优于对照组，症状改善时间短于对照组，治疗不良反应发生率低于对照组，治疗总有效率和生活质量均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对扁平疣患者在常规药物以及护理治疗基础上配合CO2激光联合优质护理干预，可进一步提高临床护理治疗效果，增强患者的身心舒适度与配合度，尽早改善患者的临床症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of laser treatment for flat warts and related nursing interventions on its prognosis. Methods Randomly select 60 patients with flat warts who were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 as the research subjects. Grouping was carried out by random number table method, and they were divided into the study group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with a single drug regimen and routine care, while the observation group was treated with CO2 laser and high-quality nursing intervention in addition to the treatment and care of the control group. The final therapeutic and nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing treatment, the improvement effect of the nursing treatment compliance of the patients in the study group was better than that of the control group, the symptom improvement time was shorter than that of the control group, the incidence of treatment adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the total effective rate and quality of life of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with flat warts, in addition to the routine drug and nursing treatment, combined with CO2 laser and high-quality nursing intervention, can further improve the clinical nursing treatment effect, enhance the physical and mental comfort and compliance of patients, improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible, and improve the quality of life of patients.
