The impact of standardized targeted nursing interventions on perioperative nursing satisfaction during holmium laser lithotripsy for kidney stones
标准化针对性护理干预对肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 分析肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期患者进行护理时，实施标准化针对性干预对于护理满意度的提升作用。方法 随机截取2024年1月至2025年12月间在我院接受实施钬激光碎石术治疗的肾结石患者84例作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分20组。其中对照组（常规护理，42例）、研究组（标准化针对性护理干预，42例），比较两组的护理满意度、围手术期情况和心理状态等指标。结果 研究组的护理满意度高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；比较患者的围手术期情况，研究组数值低于对照组，差异显著，有意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理后的心理状态评分较对照组更低，差异有意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理肾结石钬激光碎石术患者时，采用标准化针对性护理干预，可以更好地改善患者的围手术期指标，安抚患者的不良情绪，提高患者的护理满意度，恢复患者的身体健康，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of implementing standardized targeted interventions on improving nursing satisfaction during the perioperative period of patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy for kidney stones.
Methods 84 patients with kidney stones who underwent holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into 20 groups using a random number table method. Among them, the control group (conventional nursing, 42 cases) and the study group (standardized targeted nursing intervention, 42 cases) were compared in terms of nursing satisfaction, perioperative situation, and psychological status between the two groups.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Comparing the perioperative conditions of patients, the values in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); The psychological state score of the research group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   When nursing patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy for kidney stones, standardized and targeted nursing interventions can better improve perioperative indicators, soothe negative emotions, increase nursing satisfaction, and restore physical health. It is recommended to promote this approach.
