摘要
目的 探讨优质护理在白血病化疗患者中实施对其治疗依从性以及疼痛缓解的效果。方法 研究对象选取白血病患者80例，入选时间范围2024年8月-2025年8月，随机分为对照组（n=40，常规护理）和观察组（n=40，循证护理），对两组患者进行随访，对比治疗依从性、疼痛程度、心理状态以及生活质量。结果 相较之下，观察组患者的治疗依从性更高，疼痛程度更低，心理状态更好，生活质量评分更高，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在白血病患者化疗期间实施优质护理有助于缓解患者负面情绪，提高患者治疗依从性，缓解疼痛程度并提升生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on treatment compliance and pain relief in leukemia chemotherapy patients. Methods 80 leukemia patients were selected as the research subjects, with a selection time range of August 2024 to August 2025. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=40, conventional nursing) and an observation group (n=40, evidence-based nursing). The two groups of patients were followed up to compare treatment compliance, pain level, psychological status, and quality of life. Results In comparison, the observation group had higher treatment compliance, lower pain levels, better psychological status, and higher quality of life scores, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing care during chemotherapy in leukemia patients can help alleviate negative emotions, improve treatment compliance, alleviate pain levels, and enhance quality of life.
