摘要
目的 探究分析以团队为基础的教学模式在急重症护理教学中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月至2024年12月期间,60例急重症护理学员资料。其中2024年1月至2024年6月的30例学员接受常规教学,作为对照组。2024年7月至2024年12月的30例学员接受以团队为基础的教学,作为观察组。对比两组考核成绩及满意度。结果 干预前两组理论知识及实践技能考核成绩对比,P>0.05。干预后观察组理论知识、实践技能考核成绩及满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 以团队为基础的教学模式可显著改善学员考核成绩及满意度,确保教学效果的提升,值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of team based teaching mode in emergency and critical care nursing teaching. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 60 critically ill nursing students from January 2024 to December 2024. Among them, 30 students from January 2024 to June 2024 received routine teaching as the control group. 30 students from July 2024 to December 2024 received team based teaching as the observation group. Compare the performance and satisfaction of two groups in the assessment. Comparison of theoretical knowledge and practical skills assessment scores between the two groups before intervention, P>0.05. After intervention, the observation group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge, practical skills assessment, and satisfaction than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The team based teaching model can significantly improve students' assessment scores and satisfaction, ensure the improvement of teaching effectiveness, and is worth promoting and applying.
