Effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients after heart valve surgery
心脏康复护理在心脏瓣膜术后患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在心脏瓣膜术后患者中应用心脏康复护理的医学价值。方法 将2025年1月-2025年6月内就诊且接受心脏瓣膜术的患者80例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分对照组40例常规护理，观察组40例增加心脏康复护理，对比心功能、步行距离、生活质量。结果 两组患者护理前各指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P > 0.05），而在护理后，观察组射血分数、6min的步行距离、生活质量显著高于对照组，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在心脏瓣膜术后患者中应用心脏康复护理可提高心功能恢复，改善机体耐力，提高患者生活质量，有助于促进患者康复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients who have undergone cardiac valve surgery.
Methods Eighty patients visited and received cardiac valve surgery from January to June 2025 were selected as research objects. The random number table method was used to divide the control group of 40 cases of routine nursing and the observation group of 40 cases of increased cardiac rehabilitation nursing. The cardiac function, walking distance and quality of life were compared.
Results There was no significant difference in each index of the two groups of patients before nursing (P > 0.05), while after nursing, the ejection fraction, 6min distance and quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the comparison of the indexes was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients who have undergone cardiac valve surgery can improve cardiac function recovery, improve physical endurance, improve the quality of life of patients, help to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
