摘要
目的 分析综合护理对牙周炎患者的改善作用。方法 本次研究对象为110例牙周炎患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月期间。运用随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组，每组55例。其中常规组行常规组，试验组行综合护理。对两组牙周指数、护理满意度进行比较。结果 相比较常规组，试验组牙龈指数更低，牙周袋深度更浅，附着丧失程度更轻（P＜0.05）。结论 对牙周炎患者实施综合护理，可有效改善患者牙周健康状况，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with periodontitis. Methods The study subjects were 110 patients with periodontitis, selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Using the random number table method, the subjects were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 55 cases in each group. The routine group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing care. Compare the periodontal index and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had a lower gingival index, shallower periodontal pocket depth, and lighter degree of attachment loss (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with periodontitis can effectively improve their periodontal health status and has high clinical application value, which is worth promoting.
