The application effect of precision nursing in the perioperative period of interventional treatment for patients with ischemic stroke
精细化护理在缺血性脑卒中患者介入治疗围手术期中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在缺血性脑卒中患者介入治疗围手术期开展精细化护理的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月期间我院接收的缺血性脑卒中患者66例为研究对象，通过随机数字表法开展分组，共分为观察组与对照组各33例。对照组接受临床常规护理，观察组开展精细化护理，对比并分析两组护理模式取得的临床效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者的焦虑情绪明显轻于对照组，护理治疗配合度明显高于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，最终患者的生活活动能力以及生活质量改善效果均优于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 对缺血性脑卒中患者介入治疗期间开展精细化护理干预，可有效提升临床护理质量，增强患者的身心舒适度与配合度，提高临床手术效率与安全性，促进患者身体恢复，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of implementing refined nursing during the perioperative period of interventional treatment for patients with ischemic stroke.
Methods 66 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received clinical routine care, while the observation group implemented refined nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After nursing, the anxiety of patients in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the degree of nursing treatment cooperation was significantly higher than that in the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, and the improvement effects of patients' life activity ability and quality of life were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing refined nursing intervention during the interventional treatment of patients with ischemic stroke can effectively improve clinical nursing quality, enhance patients' physical and mental comfort and cooperation, improve clinical surgical efficiency and safety, promote patients' physical recovery, and improve patients' quality of life.
