摘要
目的 分析对糖尿病足难愈合伤口护理中应用湿性愈合敷料效果。方法 本次研究时间选择2024年3月-2025年3月，将糖尿病足难愈合伤口患者共计60例纳入研究，随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用护理结合传统换药模式，观察组需采用护理结合湿性愈合敷料换药模式，对两组患者临床疗效、护理满意程度以及伤口愈合时间进行比较。结果 相比对照组，观察组患者临床疗效较高，护理满意程度较高，伤口愈合时间较短结果差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 对糖尿病足难愈合伤口护理中，应用湿性敷料效果显著，能够显著提升临床疗效，提升患者护理满意程度，缩短伤口愈合时间，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of wet healing dressings in the nursing of diabetic foot non-healing wounds. Methods This study was conducted from March 2024 to March 2025, enrolling a total of 60 patients with diabetic foot non-healing wounds. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by lottery. The control group received nursing combined with traditional dressing change, while the observation group received nursing combined with wet healing dressing change. The clinical efficacy, nursing satisfaction, and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed higher clinical efficacy, higher nursing satisfaction, and significantly shorter wound healing time (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of wet dressings in the nursing of diabetic foot non-healing wounds is significantly effective, as it can markedly improve clinical efficacy, enhance patient nursing satisfaction, and shorten wound healing time, making it worthy of promotion.
