摘要
目的 分析在减重代谢外科临床护理教学中开展PBL联合案例教学法的应用效果。方法 随机选取2024年9月至2025年9月期间我院接收的60名腹腔镜、腹壁疝外科护理实习生开展分组教学研究,以随机数字表法分成30名观察组与30名对照组。给予对照组常规护理教学模式,观察组开展PBL联合案例教学法,对比分析两组最终取得的教学效果。结果 与对照组实习结果相比,观察组实习生的学习兴趣明显增强,护理理论知识以及临床实践操作能力考核评分更高,护理综合能力考核结果明显提升,最终护理实习生对教学满意度也显著提高,(P<0.05)。结论 在减重代谢外科临床护理教学中开展PBL联合案例教学法,能够进一步提高临床护理教学质量,激发护理实习生的学习兴趣,从而能够提高护理实习生的护理综合能力。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with case teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of bariatric and metabolic surgery. Methods Sixty laparoscopic and abdominal wall hernia surgery nursing interns received by our hospital from September 2024 to September 2025 were randomly selected for group teaching research. They were divided into 30 observation groups and 30 control groups by the random number table method. The control group was given the conventional nursing teaching mode, while the observation group was given the PBL combined with case teaching method. The final teaching effects achieved by the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the internship results of the control group, the learning interest of the interns in the observation group was significantly enhanced, the assessment scores of nursing theoretical knowledge and clinical practical operation ability were higher, the assessment results of comprehensive nursing ability were significantly improved, and the satisfaction of the nursing interns with teaching was also significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PBL combined with case teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of bariatric and metabolic surgery can further improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching, stimulate the learning interest of nursing interns, and thereby enhance the comprehensive nursing ability of nursing interns.
