Study on the effect of individualized dietary guidance combined with traditional Chinese medicine Weishubao in the intervention of postoperative abdominal distension in patients undergoing cholecystectomy
个体化饮食指导联合中药胃舒包干预胆囊切除术患者术后腹胀的效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨个体化饮食指导联合中药胃舒包，干预胆囊切除术患者术后腹胀的效果。方法 择期2024年10月-2025年10月，筛选本院收治的100例胆囊切除术患者，依据随机颜色球法分为对照组（n=50，个体化饮食指导）和观察组（n=50，个体化饮食指导+中药胃舒包），对比两组效果。结果 观察组的术后腹胀发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 胆囊切除术患者联合实施个体化饮食指导与中药胃舒包的干预效果较好，能够有效降低患者的术后腹胀发生率，该联合模式值得在胆囊切除术后干预中大范围推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of individualized dietary guidance combined with traditional Chinese medicine Weishubao in intervening with postoperative abdominal distension in patients undergoing cholecystectomy.
Methods From October 2024 to October 2025, 100 patients undergoing cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group (n=50, individualized dietary guidance) and the observation group (n=50, individualized dietary guidance + traditional Chinese medicine Weishubao) according to the random color ball method. The effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combined implementation of individualized dietary guidance and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine Weishubao in patients undergoing cholecystectomy has a better effect and can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in patients. This combined model is worthy of wide promotion and application in the intervention after cholecystectomy.
