Observation on the preventive effect of operating room nursing intervention on postoperative infection in total knee arthroplasty patients
手术室护理干预对全膝关节置换患者术后感染的预防效果观察

摘要

目的 探究人工全膝关节置换术患者应用手术室护理干预结合感染的效果。方法 时间在2024年7月-2025年7月，全膝关节置换手术患者60例分组探究，随机抽签法分组，对照组纳入30例，观察组纳入30例，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组采用手术室护理干预，探究两组患者疼痛评分、感染发生率、膝关节功能评分以及生活质量评分。结果 相比对照组患者，观察组患者疼痛评分较低，感染发生率较低，膝关节功能评分较低，生活质量评分较高，结果具有显著差异性，P＜0.05。结论 对全膝关节置换术患者行手术室护理干预效果显著，能够有效降低患者疼痛程度，降低患者感染发生率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of operating room nursing intervention combined with infection prevention in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.
Methods From July 2024 to July 2025,60 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into groups using a lottery method. The control group included 30 patients, and the observation group included 30 patients. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received operating room nursing intervention. The pain scores, infection incidence, knee joint function scores, and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed lower pain scores, lower infection incidence, lower knee joint function scores, and higher quality of life scores, with significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Operating room nursing intervention for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty is highly effective in reducing pain levels and infection incidence, and is worthy of promotion.
