Analysis of the application value of psychological care in the nursing of patients with limb fractures
心理护理在四肢骨折患者护理中应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析四肢骨折患者护理中应用心理护理的价值和效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年10月我院收治四肢骨折116例患者，采用随机数表法分成两组，对照组（提供常规护理）和研究组（常规护理基础上加心理护理），对比不良情绪、依从性、生活质量、疼痛评分和护理满意度。结果 与对照组相比，研究组SDS、SAS、VAS评分较低，患者依从性、护理满意度、生活质量评分（WHOQOL-BREF）更高（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理运用到四肢骨折患者当中，会调节患者的不良心理情绪，减轻患者的疼痛感，使患者治疗期间提高依从性以及满意度，患者生活质量较高，值得借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value and effect of applying psychological care in the nursing of patients with limb fractures.
Methods A total of 116 patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method: the control group (provided with routine care) and the study group (provided with psychological care on the basis of routine care). Negative emotions, compliance, quality of life, pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the SDS, SAS and VAS scores of the study group were lower, and the patient compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life score (WHOQOL-BREF) were higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of psychological care in patients with limb fractures can regulate their negative psychological emotions, alleviate their pain, improve their compliance and satisfaction during treatment, and enhance their quality of life. It is worth learning from.
