Analysis of the impact of high-quality nursing throughout the entire process on the psychological health and nursing satisfaction of discharged patients after gallbladder surgery
全程优质护理对胆囊手术术后出院患者心理健康度和护理满意度的影响分析

摘要

目的 探析于胆囊手术术后出院患者中应用全程优质护理后，对其心理健康度与护理满意度的产生的作用。方法 将2024年5月-2025年5月在我院接受胆囊手术的80例患者纳入本次研究，依照信封法随机分成参考组（实施常规护理）与实验组（实施全程优质护理）两组，各含40例。比较两组在心理健康评分及护理满意度方面的差异。结果 护理后，在SAS及SDS评分上，实验组均明显更低（P<0.05）；在护理满意度上，实验组明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 将全程优质护理应用于胆囊手术术后出院患者中，可切实优化其心理健康状况，提升护理满意度，存在应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying high-quality nursing throughout the entire process on the psychological health and nursing satisfaction of discharged patients after gallbladder surgery.
Methods 80 patients who underwent gallbladder surgery in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into a reference group (receiving routine care) and an experimental group (receiving high-quality care throughout the entire process) using the envelope method, with 40 patients in each group. Compare the differences in psychological health scores and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results After nursing, the experimental group showed significantly lower SAS and SDS scores (P<0.05); In terms of nursing satisfaction, the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying high-quality nursing throughout the entire process to discharged patients after gallbladder surgery can effectively optimize their mental health status, improve nursing satisfaction, and has practical value.
