A analysis of the effectiveness of using traditional Chinese medicine acupressure patches in combination with rehabilitation care for treating childhood pneumonia
小儿肺炎应用中药穴位贴敷配合康复护理治疗的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究小儿肺炎应用中药穴位贴敷配合康复护理治疗的效果。方法 在本院2024年8月至2025年10月收治的小儿肺炎患儿中选取符合研究条件的114例，按照治疗护理方案的差异，将患儿分为研究组（n=57）和对照组（n=57）。对照组行常规治疗配合护理支持，研究组行中药穴位贴敷配合康复护理治疗，对比临床效果。结果 由于治疗护理方案的不同两组患儿的临床效果也有所不同，研究组患儿的临床效果明显优于对照组（94.74%＞84.21%），P＜0.05。经过治疗护理，两组患儿的家长对整体效果基本满意，研究组患儿家长的家长满意度更高（100%＞84.21%），研究组患儿家长未出现对治疗护理不满意的情况，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对小儿肺炎患儿实施治疗护理措施的过程中，通过应用中药穴位贴敷配合康复护理治疗能够有效强化治疗、护理的针对性，能够在一定程度上提高患儿临床治疗效果，保护患儿的生命安全并逐步调整患儿身体状态，及时帮助患儿以更好的状态回到正常生活中。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of using traditional Chinese medicine acupressure patches combined with rehabilitation care in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.
Methods A total of 114 pediatric patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2024 to October 2025 were selected based on study criteria. The patients were divided into the study group (n = 57) and the control group (n = 57). The control group received conventional treatment combined with nursing support, while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine acupressure pads combined with rehabilitation care treatment. The clinical outcomes were compared.
Results Due to the differences in treatment and care protocols, the clinical outcomes of the two groups of patients also varied. The clinical outcomes of the study group patients were significantly better than those of the control group (94.74% vs. 84.21%), P < 0.05. After treatment and care, both groups of parents were generally satisfied with the overall results. However, the parents of the study group patients were more satisfied (100% vs. 84.21%). There were no cases of dissatisfaction with the treatment and care among the parents of the study group patients, P < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference.
Conclusion   In the process of implementing treatment and nursing measures for children with pneumonia, acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively strengthen the pertinence of treatment and nursing, improve the clinical treatment effect of children to a certain extent, protect their life safety and gradually adjust their physical condition, so as to help them return to normal life in a better state in time.
