The effect and limitations of narrative nursing in improving the depression status of the elderly: A systematic review
叙事护理改善老年抑郁状态的效果与局限：一项范围综述

摘要

目的 了解叙事护理在老年抑郁状态患者中的应用现状及效果，为开展叙事护理相关研究提供参考。方法 以布尔运算符组合检索词检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据、维普网中有关叙事护理在抑郁症患者中应用的文献，检索时限为建库至2025年3月12日，并对文献进行筛选、汇总及分析。结果 通过系统筛选，最终纳入18篇文献，干预形式主要为组建叙事护理团队并培训、收集一般资料制定个性化护理计划和运用叙事护理技巧进行实施。结局指标主要包括焦虑状况、抑郁情绪、护理满意度等。实践者多经叙事护理培训，事团队成员主要为经验丰富的临床护士、护士长。结论 叙事护理在老年抑郁患者的护理中具有重要意义，其通过多种方式对老年抑郁患者产生积极影响，来需进一步深化对叙事护理作用机制的研究，优化干预方案以提升效果，同时重视患者反馈以促进持续改进，从而使叙事护理在老年抑郁护理中发挥更大价值。

Abstract

Objective To understand the current application status and effect of narrative nursing in elderly patients with depression, and to provide a reference for conducting related research on narrative nursing.
Methods Using Boolean operators to combine search terms, search PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP databases for literature related to the application of narrative nursing in patients with depression. The search period was from the establishment of the database to March 12, 2025, and the literature was screened, summarized, and analyzed.
Results Through systematic screening, a total of 18 articles were finally included. The main intervention forms were establishing a narrative nursing team and training, collecting general information to formulate personalized nursing plans, and applying narrative nursing techniques for implementation. The outcome indicators mainly included anxiety status, depression mood, and nursing satisfaction. Most practitioners had received narrative nursing training, and the members of the narrative team were mainly experienced clinical nurses and head nurses.
Conclusion   Narrative nursing is of great significance in the nursing of elderly patients with depression. It has a positive impact on elderly patients with depression through various ways. In the future, it is necessary to further deepen the research on the mechanism of narrative nursing and optimize the intervention plan to improve the effect. At the same time, attention should be paid to patient feedback to promote continuous improvement, so that narrative nursing can play a greater role in the nursing of elderly depression.
