The effect of psychological intervention combined with standardized nursing on stress response of family members of critically ill pediatric patients in emergency department
心理干预联合规范化护理对急诊儿科危重症患儿家属应激反应的影响

摘要

目的 探讨心理干预联合规范化护理对急诊儿科危重症患儿家属应激反应的影响。方法 选取本院2024年3月-2025年3月急诊儿科接受治疗的70例重症患儿家属作为探究对象。随机分为对照组与探究组各35例。对照组给予常规护理。探究组给予心理干预联合规范化护理。结果 探究组患儿家属心理压力与焦虑评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05），且护理满意度要高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对急诊儿科危重症患儿的救治工作，临床应重视其家长的应激反应，在给予患儿科学规范化临床护理的同时，对家属实施有效的心理干预，以此减轻家属的负性情绪，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with standardized nursing on the stress response of family members of critically ill children in emergency pediatrics.
Methods 70 family members of critically ill children who received treatment in the emergency pediatrics department of our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Randomly divided into a control group and an exploration group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine care. The exploration group received psychological intervention combined with standardized nursing care.
Results The psychological pressure and anxiety scores of the families of the children in the exploration group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For the treatment of critically ill children in emergency pediatrics, clinical attention should be paid to the stress response of their parents. While providing scientific and standardized clinical nursing care for the children, effective psychological intervention should be implemented for the families to reduce their negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction. This is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
