Observation on the impact of high-quality nursing care on nurse's work quality and patient satisfaction in radiology department
优质护理用于影像科对护士工作质量和患者满意度的影响观察

摘要

目的 探讨优质护理用于影像科对护士工作质量和患者满意度的影响观察。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月内影像科接收的进行影像检查的患者80例，按随机数字表分对照组和观察组，各40例。其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采用优质护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果 护理干预前，两组在心理状态评分无统计学意义的显著性差异（P＞0.05）。经护理干预后对比观察组与对照组数据发现，观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护士工作质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在对行影像检查患者实施优质护理取得显著效果，能有效改善患者心理状态，提升护士工作质量，降低不良反应发生率，提高患者满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing care on nurse's work quality and patient satisfaction in radiology department.
Methods Eighty patients undergoing imaging examinations in the radiology department from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received high-quality nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Before the nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the nursing intervention, the observation group showed lower anxiety and depression scores than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had higher nurse work quality scores than the control group (P<0.05), a lower incidence of adverse reactions (P<0.05), and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing imaging examinations yielded significant results, effectively improving patients' psychological state, enhancing nurses' work quality, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, and increasing patient satisfaction. It has high application value.
