Application analysis of evidence-based nursing intervention in pediatric asthma nursing
循证护理干预在小儿哮喘护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析小儿哮喘护理中采取循证护理干预。方法 此次研究对象为64例小儿哮喘患儿，抽取自本院2023年1月-2024年1月。采取随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者采取循证护理，每组32例。对两组肺功能及症状消失时间进行比较。结果 与常规组比较，实验组肺功能指标显优（P＜0.05），症状消失时间显短（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿哮喘护理中应用循证护理干预，可有效改善患儿肺功能，缩短症状缓解时间，提高护理满意度，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the evidence-based nursing interventions adopted in the nursing of pediatric asthma.
Methods The study subjects were 64 children with asthma, selected from our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. Using a random number table method, patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with the former receiving routine care and the latter receiving evidence-based care, with 32 cases in each group. Compare the lung function and symptom disappearance time between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group showed significantly better lung function indicators (P<0.05) and shorter symptom disappearance time (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of evidence-based nursing interventions in pediatric asthma nursing can effectively improve lung function, shorten symptom relief time, and increase nursing satisfaction, with high clinical promotion value.
