Observation on the role of general practice nursing in comprehensive nursing at health centers
全科护理在卫生院综合护理中的作用观察

摘要

目的 观察全科护理在基层卫生院综合护理中的应用效果，为优化基层护理模式、提升护理服务质量提供临床参考。方法 选取我院2024年3月至2025年3月接诊的80例住院患者，随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）。对照组采用常规综合护理，观察组在常规综合护理基础上实施全科护理（含多维度评估、个性化护理计划、一对一健康指导、心理疏导、个性化饮食运动干预及延续性护理）。比较两组护理质量评分、患者满意度及并发症发生率，数据采用统计学方法处理。结果 观察组护理质量总评分（89.5±4.2）分，显著高于对照组的（76.3±5.1）分（P<0.05）；观察组患者满意度95.0%，高于对照组的77.5%（<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率5.0%，低于对照组的20.0%<0.05）。结论 全科护理融入基层卫生院综合护理可显著提升护理质量，改善患者满意度，降低并发症发生率，契合基层医疗服务需求，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of general practice nursing in comprehensive nursing at grassroots health centers, and to provide clinical reference for optimizing grassroots nursing models and improving nursing service quality.
Methods A total of 80inpatients admitted to our hospital from March2024to March2025were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (40cases) and a control group (40cases).The control group received routine comprehensive nursing, while the observation group implemented general practice nursing on the basis of routine comprehensive nursing, including multidimensional assessment, personalized nursing plans, one-on-one health guidance, psychological counseling, personalized dietary and exercise interventions, and continuing care. The nursing quality scores, patient satisfaction, and complication rates of the two groups were compared, and the data were processed using statistical methods.
Results The total nursing quality score of the observation group was (89.5±4.2) points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group[(76.3±5.1) points, P<0.05];the patient satisfaction of the observation group was 95.0%, higher than77.5%of the control group (P<0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was 5.0%, lower than 20.0% of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Integrating general practice nursing into comprehensive nursing at grassroots health centers can significantly improve nursing quality, enhance patient satisfaction, and reduce the complication rate. It meets the needs of grassroots medical services and has popularization value.
