The impact of implementing integrated medical and nursing care for patients with heart valves on their postoperative quality of life
针对心脏瓣膜患者贯彻医护一体化护理对其术后生存质量的影响

摘要

目的 研究医护一体化护理模式对心脏瓣膜疾病患者的术后生存质量所产生的影响。方法 本研究纳入我院收治的70例接受手术治疗的心脏瓣膜患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其均衡分配至对照组（35例，实施常规护理）与研究组（35例，实施医护一体化护理模式）。对比两组的干预效果。结果 相较于对照组，研究组患者在肠鸣音恢复、首次下床活动及总住院时间三项指标上均实现明显缩短；此外，研究组的6min步行距离较对照组呈现明显延长，其生活质量评分也显著优于对照组，各项指标的组间差异均达到统计学显著性水平（P＜0.05）。结论 在接受手术治疗的心脏瓣膜患者中实施医护一体化护理模式可有效改善患者术后生活质量，加快恢复进程。

Abstract

Objective To study the impact of the integrated medical and nursing model on the postoperative quality of life of patients with heart valve diseases.
Methods This study included 70 patients with heart valves who underwent surgical treatment and were admitted to our hospital as the research subjects. They were evenly distributed to the control group (35 cases, receiving routine care) and the study group (35 cases, receiving the integrated medical and nursing care model) by the random number table method. Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the study group achieved significant reductions in three indicators: recovery of bowel sounds, first out-of-bed activity, and total hospital stay. In addition, the 6-minute walking distance of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and its quality of life score was also significantly better than that of the control group. The differences in all indicators between the groups reached a statistically significant level (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of the integrated medical and nursing care model in patients with heart valves undergoing surgical treatment can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life of patients and accelerate the recovery process.
