摘要
目的 探究雷火灸联合六字诀呼吸吐纳法在老年冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年10月收治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者40例，采用乱数表法，分别实施六字诀呼吸吐纳法（对照组）、雷火灸联合六字诀呼吸吐纳法（研究组）。结果 研究组总有效率19例（95.00%），每周心绞痛发作次数为（3.01±0.52）次，每次持续时间（2.77±0.48）min；与对照组总有效率15例（75.00%）、每周心绞痛发作次数为（3.39±0.75）次，每次持续时间（3.46±0.54）min相比存在显著差异，P<0.05。研究组疾病认知程度（88.63±5.41）分，治疗满意度（89.30±5.19）分，与对照组疾病认知程度（70.88±5.09）分，治疗满意度（75.12±5.76）分相比，两组生活质量评分差异显著，P<0.05。结论 治疗老年冠心病心绞痛患者时，采用雷火灸联合六字诀呼吸吐纳法可改善患者临床症状，提高生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Lei-Huo moxibustion combined with the Six-Character Method of Breathing and Exhalation in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in elderly patients. Methods 40 cases of senile coronary heart disease with angina pectoris from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected. Results The total effective rate in study group was 19 cases (95.00%). The frequency of angina pectoris attack per week was (3.01±0.52) and the duration of each attack was (2.77±0.48) min. The total effective rate of 15 cases (75.00%), the frequency of angina pectoris attack per week (3.39±0.75) and the duration of angina pectoris attack per week (3.46±0.54) min were significantly different from the control group (P < 0.05).Study group disease awareness score (88.63±5.41) and treatment satisfaction score (89.30±5.19), Compared with the control group, the scores of disease cognition (70.88±5.09) and treatment satisfaction (75.12±5.76) were significantly different between the two groups (P < 0.05). To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion with thunder and fire on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with six-character formula breathing is used in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Breathing therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.
