摘要
目的 探究膝关节骨关节炎病人全膝关节置换治疗期间用康复护理的作用。方法 随机均分2023年8月-2025年7月本院接诊膝关节骨关节炎病人（N=74）。试验组全膝关节置换治疗期间用康复护理，对照组行常规护理。对比住院时间等指标。结果 关于住院、术后首次进食和首次下床活动时间：试验组短于对照组（P＜0.05）。HSS评分：出院时，试验组（76.39±3.04）分，对照组（69.22±4.19）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组2.7%，对照组16.22%，P＜0.05。结论 膝关节骨关节炎病人全膝关节置换治疗期间用康复护理，其康复情况、膝关节功能改善与并发症防治效果均十分显著。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of rehabilitation nursing during total knee replacement (TKR) for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods A total of 74 knee osteoarthritis patients admitted to our hospital between August 2023 and July 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received rehabilitation nursing during TKR, while the control group received routine nursing. Comparison of hospitalization duration and other indicators was conducted. Results Regarding hospitalization duration, first postoperative feeding time, and first ambulation time: The experimental group was shorter than the control group (P <0.05). HSS scores: At discharge, the experimental group (76.39±3.04) scored significantly higher than the control group (69.22±4.19) (P <0.05). Complications: The experimental group had a complication rate of 2.7%, while the control group had 16.22%, P <0.05. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing during TKR for knee osteoarthritis patients significantly improves rehabilitation outcomes, enhances knee joint function, and effectively prevents complications.
