Effect of norethisterone heptonate on dysmenorrhea after induced abortion and nursing care
基于人工流产术后注射复方庚酸炔诺酮对痛经程度的影响与针对性护理效果研究

摘要

目的 分析人工流产术后注射复方庚酸炔诺酮对痛经程度的影响，并探究针对性护理的应用效果。方法 时间选择2024年5月-2025年5月，从人工流产术患者中挑选76例，随机数字表法进行分组，并实施不同的干预方法。参照组接受常规治疗和护理，研究组术后注射复方庚酸炔诺酮并实施针对性护理干预。结果 对比研究数据情况，研究组不同时间段的痛经程度评分更低（P<0.05）；研究组术后恢复指标结果更优（P<0.05）；研究组护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 人工流产术后注射复方庚酸炔诺酮可有效降低患者的痛经程度，同时结合针对性护理干预可有效改善术后恢复质量，提高患者护理满意度，具备推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of norethisterone heptonate on dysmenorrhea after induced abortion and explore the effect of targeted nursing.
Methods From May 2024 to May 2025, 76 patients with induced abortion were selected and grouped by random number table. Different intervention methods were implemented. The reference group received routine treatment and care, while the study group received postoperative injections of compound xenonoxylate and a targeted care intervention.
Results Compared with the data, the dysmenorrhea scores in different time periods were lower in the study group (P < 0.05). The results of postoperative recovery indexes in the study group were better (P < 0.05). Nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   After induced abortion, injection of norethisterone enanthate compound can effectively reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea in patients, combined with targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of postoperative recovery, improve patient satisfaction, with the application value.
