穴位按摩联合延续性随访护理对产后泌乳不足患者的影响

摘要

目的 分析在产后泌乳不足患者中开展穴位按摩联合延续性随访护理的应用效果。方法 此次研究对象选取我院产科接收的产后泌乳不足产妇70例，通过随机数字表法将所有产妇分为观察组和对照组各有35例，对照组产妇接受常规护理，观察组产妇则给予穴位按摩联合延续性随访护理，对比两组最终干预效果。结果 观察组产妇依从性与对照组相比明显提高，产妇乳汁量与对照组相比明显增加，乳房疼痛程度明显轻于对照组，血清催乳素水平改善效果优于对照组，最终产妇纯母乳喂养成功率明显高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在产后泌乳不足患者中开展穴位按摩联合延续性随访护理，可有效增强产妇依从性和家属照护能力，促进产妇泌乳量，提高母乳喂养成功率，减轻产妇乳房疼痛程度，减少相关并发症发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of point massage combined with continuous follow-up nursing in patients with postpartum insufficient lactation.
Methods A total of 70 postpartum women with insufficient lactation in our hospital were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with continuous follow-up nursing.
Results Compared with the control group, the compliance of puerpera in the observation group was significantly improved, the amount of maternal milk was significantly increased, the degree of breast pain was significantly lighter, the improvement effect of serum prolactin level was better than that of the control group, the final success rate of exclusive breastfeeding was significantly higher, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The acupoint massage combined with continuous follow-up nursing in patients with postpartum insufficient lactation can effectively enhance maternal compliance and family care ability, promote maternal lactation, improve the success rate of breastfeeding, reduce the degree of maternal breast pain and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
