A study on the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concepts in cardiac surgical care
快速康复外科理念在心脏外科手术护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析心脏外科手术护理中应用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法 从医院收治的心脏外科患者中选择76例患者作为研究样本，时间为2023年1月-2025年8月。结合数字双盲法将患者分为参照组和观察组，参照组应用普通外科护理，观察组护理应用快速康复外科理念，对比护理效果。结果 数据结果显示，观察组围术期指标优于参照组（均P<0.05）；观察组应激相关指标更加稳定，应激反应更低（均P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率更低（P<0.05）。结论 通过将快速康复外科理念用于心脏外科手术护理中，有助于促进患者身体机能早期恢复，降低手术应激反应和并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in cardiac surgery care.
Methods 76 patients were selected as a study sample from cardiac surgery patients admitted to the hospital between January 2023 and August 2025. In combination with digital double-blinding, patients were divided into reference group and observation group, where general surgical care was applied, and observation group care applied rapid rehabilitation surgical concepts to compare the effectiveness of care.
Results The data showed that the perioperative indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Stress related indexes were more stable and stress response was lower in the observation group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complication was lower in the observation group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Stress response and risk of complications can be reduced by applying the concept of fast track surgery in cardiac surgery nursing.
