摘要
目的 剖析无痛消化内镜检查用医护一体化责任制护理和流程化干预的作用。方法 随机均分2024年8月-2025年7月本院接诊无痛消化内镜检查病人（N=94）。试验组采取医护一体化责任制护理和流程化干预，对照组行常规护理。对比SAS评分与检查配合度等指标。结果 关于SDS和SAS评分：干预后，试验组（34.29±3.75）分、（32.15±4.06）分，对照组（47.25±4.03）分、（46.13±5.26）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。检查配合度：试验组100.0%，对照组89.36%，且组之间的差异较为显著（P＜0.05）。结论 无痛消化内镜检查病人联用医护一体化责任制护理和流程化干预，其不良情绪和检查配合度都得到显著改善。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of integrated nursing responsibility system and procedural interventions in painless endoscopic gastrointestinal examinations. Methods A total of 94 patients underwent painless endoscopic gastrointestinal examinations at our hospital from August 2024 to July 2025, randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received integrated nursing responsibility system and procedural interventions, while the control group received standard care. Comparison indicators included SAS scores and examination cooperation degree. Results Regarding SDS and SAS scores: Post-intervention, the experimental group (34.29±3.75) vs. (32.15±4.06), control group (47.25±4.03) vs. (46.13±5.26) showed significant differences (P <0.05). Examination cooperation degree: The experimental group achieved 100.0% vs. the control group's 89.36%, with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined use of integrated nursing responsibility system and procedural interventions in painless endoscopic gastrointestinal examinations significantly improved both patients' negative emotions and examination cooperation degree.
