探讨安宁疗护与传统护理在老年慢性非传染性疾病患者护理中的差异性

摘要

目的 深入探讨和分析安宁疗护与传统护理模式，在老年慢性非传染性疾病患者护理实践中的显著差异性。方法 时间选自2025年1月-2025年7月，80例患者均为慢性非传染性疾病的老年患者，按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例），分别给予传统护理与安宁疗护，比较两组患者的心理状态与生活质量改善情况。结果 护理后，观察组的不良情绪、生活质量改善显著，均与对照组产生数据差异P<0.05。结论 老年慢性非传染性疾病患者接受安宁疗护与传统护理，不仅能够有效保障临床护理效果，改善患者的生理舒适度和心理幸福感，还能显著提升患者的整体生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the significant differences between palliative care and traditional nursing models in the clinical practice of elderly patients with chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with NCDs were selected from January 2025 to July 2025. Using a randomized block design, participants were divided into a control group (40 cases) and an observation group (40 cases), receiving traditional nursing care versus palliative care respectively. The psychological state and quality of life improvements were compared between groups.
Results Post-treatment analysis demonstrated that the observation group showed statistically significant improvements in both negative emotions and quality of life, with P<0.05 differences compared to the control group.
Conclusion   Implementing palliative care for elderly patients with NCDs not only ensures effective clinical outcomes and enhances physical comfort and psychological well-being, but also substantially improves overall quality of life.
