摘要
目的 探究基于危机管理理论的预防性护理在新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎中的预防作用。方法 以2023年1月-2024年12月为研究时间，择取期间内本院收治的接受呼吸机治疗的新生儿中的60例为研究对象，依照治疗时间顺序予以分组，对照组（30例）采用常规护理，观察组（30例）采用基于危机管理理论的预防性护理。结果 观察组新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎发生率明显低于对照组，机械通气时间、住院时间更短，护理满意度更高，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 在新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎的预防中，应用基于危机管理理论的预防性护理可有效降低新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率，预防作用显著。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of crisis management theory-based nursing care on ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in newborns. Methods A study was conducted from January 2023 to December 2024, involving 60 neonates hospitalized for mechanical ventilation at our hospital. Patients were divided into groups based on treatment duration: the control group (30 cases) received conventional care, while the observation group (30 cases) received crisis management theory-based preventive care. Results The observation group showed significantly lower incidence rates of VAP, shorter mechanical ventilation duration, shorter hospital stays, and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Crisis management theory-based preventive nursing care effectively reduces the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in newborns, demonstrating significant preventive efficacy.
