摘要
目的 探讨针对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊舌下及皮下脱敏治疗的护理风险管理模式,优化门诊脱敏治疗护理流程,降低治疗风险。方法 选取2023年7月—2025年7月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊接受脱敏治疗的60例过敏性疾病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用门诊常规脱敏护理,观察组实施门诊专项护理风险管理。比较两组门诊治疗期间不良事件发生率、治疗依从性及护理满意度,并分析护理风险管理的实施要点。结果 不良事件发生率观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗依从率观察组高于对照组;护理满意度观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对门诊舌下、皮下脱敏治疗的护理风险管理可有效提升治疗安全性与护理质量,值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing risk management model for sublingual and subcutaneous desensitization therapy in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery outpatient clinics, optimize the nursing process of desensitization treatment, and reduce treatment risks. Methods A total of 60 patients with allergic diseases who received desensitization therapy at our hospital's ENT and head and neck surgery clinic between July 2023 and July 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases) and an observation group (30 cases) using a random number table method. The control group received routine outpatient desensitization care, while the observation group received specialized nursing risk management. The incidence of adverse events, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups during the treatment period, and key points of nursing risk management implementation were analyzed. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; nursing satisfaction in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management for sublingual and subcutaneous desensitization therapy in outpatient clinics can effectively improve treatment safety and nursing quality, making it worthy of clinical promotion.
