摘要
目的 评析老年房颤患者新型口服抗凝药服药依从性影响因素。方法 选取200例老年房颤患者为观察对象，时间为2024年7月-2025年7月。所有患者均接受新型口服抗凝药服药治疗，评定患者用药依从性，分析影响因素。结果 老年房颤患者新型口服抗凝药服药依从性受到年龄、文化程度、医保类型、服用药物种类、频率、病程等因素影响，P＜0.05。结论 影响老年房颤患者新型口服抗凝药服药依从性的因素较多，应结合其影响因素、具体需求，调整心内科护理计划。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the factors influencing medication adherence to novel oral anticoagulants in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation were selected as the observation subjects from July 2024 to July 2025. All patients received treatment with novel oral anticoagulants, and their medication adherence was assessed. The influencing factors were analyzed. Results Medication adherence to novel oral anticoagulants in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation was affected by factors such as age, educational level, type of medical insurance, types of medications taken, frequency of medication, and disease duration, with P < 0.05. Conclusion There are multiple factors influencing medication adherence to novel oral anticoagulants in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation. The nursing plan in cardiology should be adjusted based on these influencing factors and specific needs.
