The effect of humanistic care and joint position nursing in the ward nursing and the improvement of negative emotions of the mother
人文关怀联合体位护理在产房护理中的效果及对产妇负面情绪的改善研究

摘要

目的 探究在产房护理中开展体位护理+人文关怀的价值。方法 选取2023年11月-2024年11月，于我院产科就诊的产妇126例，以数表法随机分为对照组和观察组，各组均63例，对照组实行产房常规护理，观察组实行人文关怀+体位护理。并对两组患者的负性情绪评分、观察指标（产后出血量、第二产程时间）、分娩方式及满意度进行组间价值分析。结果 干预后，观察组负性情绪、观察指标均较对照组更优（P<0.05）；观察组自然分娩几率、满意度数值均较对照组更高（P<0.05）。结论 在产房护理中开展体位护理+人文关怀的效果及对产妇负面情绪的改善收效甚佳、切实可行。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the value of combining positional care with humanistic care in delivery room nursing.
Methods 126 postpartum women who visited our obstetrics department from November 2023 to November 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a numerical table method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received routine care in the delivery room, while the observation group received humanistic care and positional care. And intergroup value analysis was conducted on the negative emotion scores, observation indicators (postpartum bleeding volume, second stage of labor time), delivery methods, and satisfaction of the two groups of patients.
Results After intervention, the negative emotions and observation indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); The observation group had a higher chance of natural childbirth and satisfaction values compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of carrying out position nursing+ humanistic care in delivery room nursing and the improvement of negative emotions of parturients are very good and feasible.
