摘要
本次研究以苏州市中医医院为研究对象，总结其围术期感染防控具体实践措施与成效。苏州市中医医院自2023年第三季度起，对术前皮肤准备合格率等六项国家核心指标开展常态化监测，并在2025年第二季度通过“感术”行动进一步增强外科洗手、外科换药、术前皮肤准备等重点环节管理，有效提高医疗机构围术期感染防控能力。

Abstract
This study takes Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the research object, summarizes the specific practical measures and effectiveness of perioperative infection prevention and control. Starting from the third quarter of 2023, Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital will carry out regular monitoring of six national core indicators, including preoperative skin preparation qualification rate. In the second quarter of 2025, through the "Sensation of Surgery" action, it will further enhance the management of key links such as surgical hand washing and dressing change processes, effectively improving the perioperative infection prevention and control capabilities of medical institutions.
