风险评估测评护理干预对经腹全子宫切除术后感染预防效果的影响

摘要

目的 分析风险评估测评并落实综合性护理干预措施，对于降低经腹全子宫切除术（TAH）患者术后感染发生率的临床效果。方法 采用前瞻性队列研究方法，选取我院2020年10月至2025年6月期间收治的拟行TAH的患者分为观察组与对照组两组。结果 观察组患者术后感染总发生率显著低于对照组，且观察组患者在术后体温恢复正常时间、术后抗菌药物使用时间及术后住院日均短于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将系统化的风险评估测评融入TAH患者的护理流程，能够有效识别高危个体，并通过后续的靶向干预显著降低术后感染风险，优化术后康复指标。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of risk assessment and implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in reducing the incidence of postoperative infection in patients undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH).
Methods Prospective cohort study was used to select patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to June 2025 and were divided into observation group and control group.
Results The total incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the recovery time of postoperative body temperature, the use time of postoperative antibacterial drugs and the length of postoperative hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Integrating systematic risk assessment into the nursing process of TAH patients can effectively identify high-risk individuals, significantly reduce the risk of postoperative infection and optimize postoperative rehabilitation indicators through follow-up targeted intervention.
