摘要
目的 探析人性化护理在慢性肾衰竭患者血透护理中实际成效。方法 将2024年5月-2025年5月在我院行血透治疗的60例慢性肾衰竭患者纳入此次研究，依照信封法随机分成参考组（采取常规护理）与实验组（采取人性化护理），每组各30例，对比两组的自我接纳水平、自我感受负担水平及治疗依从性。结果 干预后，实验组的SAQ评分更高，且SPBS评分更低（P<0.05）；在治疗依从性上，实验组更高（P<0.05）。结论 将人性化护理应用于慢性肾衰竭患者血透护理中，可提升患者的自我接纳水平，降低自我感受负担水平，提高治疗依从性。

Abstract
Objective To explore the actual effectiveness of humanized nursing in hemodialysis nursing for patients with chronic kidney failure. Methods 60 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into a reference group (receiving routine care) and an experimental group (receiving humanized care) using the envelope method, with 30 patients in each group. The self acceptance level, self perceived burden level, and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the experimental group had higher SAQ scores and lower SPBS scores (P<0.05); In terms of treatment compliance, the experimental group had a higher rate (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying humanized nursing to hemodialysis care for patients with chronic kidney failure can improve their level of self acceptance, reduce their self perceived burden, and enhance treatment compliance.
