危机管理在口腔门诊护理管理中的作用价值分析

摘要

目的 本次研究针对性分析口腔门诊护理管理中应用危机管理的价值。方法 我院选择在2024年1月-12月开展研究，研究对象纳入口腔门诊就诊的90例患者，将患者自由组合为研究组和对照组，对照组采取常规护理管理模式，研究组采取危机管理护理模式，观察与对比两组的护理不良事件发生率、护理人员危机管理能力评分。结果 研究组的护理不良事件发生率低于对照组，研究组的护理人员危机管理能力评分高于对照组，p＜0.05。结论 口腔门诊护理管理中科学应用危机管理模式，具有明显的作用价值，降低护理整体不良事件发生率，提升危机管理能力。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to analyze the value of applying crisis management in oral outpatient nursing management.
Methods Our hospital chose to conduct the study from January to December 2024. The study included 90 patients who visited the dental clinic. The patients were freely divided into a study group and a control group. The control group adopted a conventional nursing management mode, while the study group adopted a crisis management nursing mode. The incidence of nursing adverse events and the crisis management ability score of nursing staff were observed and compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the crisis management ability score of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group, p＜0.05.
Conclusion   The scientific application of crisis management mode in oral outpatient nursing management has significant value in reducing the overall incidence of adverse nursing events and enhancing crisis management capabilities.
